After logging into the Archiware Portal, select “License Registration” from the service menu.

Next, select “Upgrade installation” from the menu.

A: Select the installation you wish to transfer by clicking on the current host-ID.

OR

B: If your installation is not listed you can search for it by entering the host-ID and serial number directly into the lower window.

Enter the information required for the fields Reseller Information, PresSTORE Server Host Information, and agree to the terms and condition; then click “Send registration”.
