License registration

➜ LICENSE ACTIVATION

PresSTORE has to be registered and activated. Please log into your user account. After the registration you will receive the code to activate your license.

➜ UPGRADE QUOTE

Each PresSTORE license can be updated. An upgrade quote can be requested through the Archiware portal without any obligations. Cheaper than an upgrade is the software maintenance. An upgrade of an existing license costs 35 %, while the annual fee for the software maintenance costs only 15 %.

➜ LICENSE TRANSFER

A license transfer is needed in order to change servers. This can be done in the Archiware portal.

➜ SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE

The first year of software maintenance is free. Afterwards you can choose from two different contract models. A set contract term of either 12 or 24 months or an open ended software update agreement. Both contract models cost 15 % of the original purchase price. Only the time of payment varies. For the set contract, fees are charged right when the license is purchased. The fees for the open ended software update agreement are charged at the end of each contractual period for the subsequent year.
