How to transfer your license from one host to another:

NOTE: Cross-platform transfers are permitted between Windows/Mac/Linux. Customers wishing to transfer to or from Solaris should contact Archiware.

After logging in to the Archiware Portal, select “License Key Transfer” from the service menu.

A: Select the installation you wish to transfer by clicking on the current host-ID.

OR

B: If your installation is not listed you can search for it by entering the host-ID and serial number directly into
the lower window.

Enter the new host-ID and the platform information for both the current and the future installation locations.
Then, specify the reason for transferring. Click “Send Key Transfer Request” and your request will generate new keys that will be delivered by email.

Print and sign the key transfer document, and send it to Archiware by email or fax to complete the process.
